Sometimes, our clients don’t have a clear starting point for launching a digital campaign or an app, they just have the beginnings of an idea - a seed. They know they need something, but they can’t always put their finger on exactly what it is that they need. Here’s where we come in.

We created a web app for Fiberon, a composite decking and railing company, as a tool to help users visualize and understand Fiberon products. Fiberon has blazed the trail with composite decking as the first to offer deck boards with streaking, exotic hardwood looks and colors. Fiberon is considered an innovator in the industry, but they are third in market share behind 2 larger competitors.

Venveo learned through customer interviews and research that homeowners want to see decks in real life. They need ways to visualize the product. This web app tool was a way to give users an opportunity to "touch and feel" the product, interact with it, learn about all the different products that go into a deck and then see real decks based on their product and color preferences. Users loved it! Over 23,000 users have created a custom Fiberon deck through our web app, and over 25% of those users have come back to use the app more than once. The average visitor used the app over 8 minutes, likely going back and forth between choosing colors in our deck visualizer and viewing gallery images of real decks based on their product selections. Our goal with this web app was to build something that would be useful to users - something that would help guide them through the process of having a deck restored or added to their home, and based on the data (over 52% of users saved or shared what they created) we were able to do just that!

CAPC's mission is to foster animal and human health, while preserving the human-animal bond. Their parasite prevalence maps are an important part of the CAPC mission because they offer parasite forecasting data for the general consumer - the "pet owners" and for veterinarians and clinic professionals. Venveo redesigned CAPC's maps and improved the UI and backend API so that the maps could offer more detailed parasite forecasting reporting and more customized updating for CAPC. We helped them launch an iPad app version of the maps that keeps the average visitor on our app for 1 minute and 50 seconds, expanding their reach from desktop to iPad.

Neverthirst, a faith based mission that seeks to provide clean water sources to impoverished nations, wanted a more functional website with an easier donation platform. What we gave them was a way to engage and empower donors beyond just giving financially. We provided them with a giving platform that facilitated user generated content and fundraising. Within a year after the launch of their new website they saw a 21% increase in traffic and a 78% increase in online donations due to user generated donation efforts through their website.
